The Chickery; Real Tasting Chicken and Sides

If you are looking for a different take on chicken, The Chickery(http://www.thechickery.com/) is a different, better version of Swiss Chalet.

Everything Chicken is on the menu and they also serve beer!

The best item offered on their menu is definitely the Ultimate Buttermilk Chicken Fingers. It comes with a side and a dipping side.

The Chicken Fingers were spiced properly and crispy however some pieces were dry. I do not recommend the Buttermilk Ranch as it was weird and lacked a good ranch flavour. The fries were a bit too thin but tasty and crispy.

The sides to choose from are; California Slaw, Shoestring Fries, Crunch Top Mac & Cheese, Southwest Black Bean Salad, Creole Potato Salad and Collard Greens.

The dipping choices are Smokey Ancho Barbecue, Buttermilk Ranch, Ginger Jalapeno Plum and Chickery Sauce.

The Quarter Chicken lacked flavour and the smokey ancho barbecue sauce was full of flavour. The crunch top mac n’ cheese was delicious, cheesy, topped with an added crunch full of spices.

I’m very happy to read you make everything from scratch. I did enjoy the Ultimate Buttermilk Chicken Fingers with the BBQ sauce. Do you recommend just the fingers or the sandwich? Thanks for the warm welcoming 🙂

We recommend eating everything on the menu over a weeks time, it’s about pacing yourself. 🙂
