Such an easy recipe and it’s a healthy dessert!
Broiled Peaches with Ice Cream
Peaches (I used three)
Brown Sugar (which is healthier than regular Sugar)
Two Scoops of Ice Cream (I used PC Crackle but keeping with the healthy theme, I’d suggest any flavour of Frozen Yogurt)
-Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits
-Place the peaches flat side up in an oven save pan
-Melt the butter and paint on the flat side part of the peaches
-Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Broil for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your browning likings (if you have a BBQ, that’s the way to go)
